Rejuvenator additive primary restores aged asphalt binder properties from its oxidized state. In this study, different rejuvenators were evaluated based on the performance of asphalt mixtures containing reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP). Through a three-point bending (TPB) test, the induction heating healing level was investigated. This observation led to further testing on three rejuvenators to evaluate its performance on moisture damage (stripping), rutting, and cracking susceptibility. The test results indicated that using rejuvenator additive substantially benefit recycled asphalt mixtures in self-healing capability. Good ranking correlation was observed between healing level and cracking resistance for late healing cycles. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
