Is Sexual Objectification and Victimization of Females in Video Games Associated With Victim Blaming or Victim Empathy?

Summary: The study found that immediately after gameplay, there was no statistically significant difference in rape myth acceptance between the experimental and control groups. However, over time, the experimental group showed a decrease in rape myth acceptance, leading to a statistically significant difference between the two groups at the end of the study.
