Polyamide-based composites with segregated Carbon nanotube (CNT) network were prepared to achieve a high dielectric constant with an ultralow loading of CNTs. Specially, the polypropylene (PP) was introduced into the segregated CNT network to tailor the CNT dispersion. More importantly, the PP layer formed between two neighbored CNTs can enhance the interfacial polarization and suppress the electron conduction, leading to a higher dielectric constant while maintaining the dielectric loss at a low level. In this work, CNT segregated structure was firstly applied to achieve polymer composites with high dielectric constant but low loss. (C) 2019 Published by Elsevier B.V.
