Scutelluid coquinas preserved in vent-related outlets within the famous Kess-Kess mounds at Hamar Laghdad (Anti-Atlas, Morocco) yield accessorily rare sclerites of other trilobites. The discovery of a harpetid-dominated coquina with a rich association of various taxa sheds light on an unexpectedly variable trilobite fauna assigned to six different families that characterise habitats across the mound surfaces. Taxonomically closely related to Bohemian index taxa of the latest Zlichovian and early Dalejan (Emsian), the trilobites confirm the late Emsian age of the Kess-Kess mounds dated by conodonts. The trilobite assemblages are described and figured; two species are new: Lioharpes wendti n. sp. and Cornuproetus pusulosus n. sp.
