Recent breakthroughs in therapeutic modulation of immune cells have led to novel exciting treatments for cancers. Moreover, the cytokine milieu in the tumor microenvironment is important for appropriate immune surveillance. Here, we demonstrate that NF-kappa B activity in myeloid cells is essential for cytokine-mediated antitumor polarization of immune cells.
