The effect of DMSO in the aqueous thiol-disulphide dynamic covalent chemistry of model pseudopeptides

The addition of DMSO to the aqueous solution of pseudopeptidic dithiols allows faster generation of dynamic combinatorial libraries of the corresponding disulphides over a wide pH range.
