Diagnosis and initial management of cholangiocarcinoma with obstructive jaundice

Cholangiocarcinoma is the second most common primary hepatic cancer. Despite advances in diagnostic techniques during the past decade, cholangiocarcinoma is usually encountered at an advanced stage.
