Detecting Graphene-Graphane Reconstruction in Hydrogenated Nanoporous Carbon by Raman Spectroscopy

It is established that the Raman spectra of nanoporous carbon exhibit a change upon thermal treatment of the sample in hydrogen. The character of changes suggests that we have detected the formation of graphane-a hydrocarbon derivative of ghaphene.
