We derive the complete set of velocity-enhanced heavy-quark pair production in hadronic collisions into account the effects of soft-gluon emission as that there are no enhancements due to subleading singularity. terms in the expansion of the total cross section for at next-to-next-to-leading order. Our expression takes well as that of potential-gluon exchanges. We prove soft-gluon couplings multiplying the leading Coulomb (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
