A new limit is presented on the axion-like monopole-dipole P T-non-invariant coupling in a range (10(-4) - 1) cm The gradient of spin-dependent nucleon-nucleon potential between He-3 nucleus and nucleons and electrons of the walls of a cell containing polarized He-3 gas should affect its spin relaxation rate The limit is obtained from the existing data on the relaxation rate of spin-polarized He-3 (C) 2010 Elsevier B V All rights reserved
