We correct the errors in the uncertainty budget. The determined ratio (nu(Yb)/nu(Sr)) is corrected to be 1.207 507 039 343 341 2(17) with a fractional standard uncertainty of 1.4 x 10(-15). (c) 2014 Optical Society of America
