Iron-catalyzed alkoxycarbonylation-peroxidation of alkenes with carbazates and T-Hydro was developed. A variety of beta-ester peroxides were synthesized efficiently and selectively in a single step starting from readily available starting materials. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
