A case of Philadelphia-chromosome positive chronic idiopathic myelofibrosis

Philadelphia-chromosome positive thrombocythemia without features of chronic myeloid leukemia in peripheral blood has been described before. However, there are few reports on Philadelphia-chromosome positive chronic idiopathic myelofibrosis.
