This paper presents a theoretical study of stimulated bremsstrahlung and absorption of an electron scattered by a nucleus in the pulsed light field. The approximation when a pulsewidth is considerably greater than the characteristic time of the wave oscillations is considered. It is shown, that for processes of stimulated bremsstrahlung and absorption by electron of wave photons, which give a main contribution in the total cross-section, the partial cross-section in the pulsed field differ essentially from the corresponding cross-section in the field of a monochromatic wave.
