Bright-dark pair in passively mode-locked fiber laser based on graphene

A bright-dark laser pair in a fiber ring cavity, mode-locked by graphene, is demonstrated. An increasing pump strength, bright-dark laser pair centered at 1 565.7 nm with an FWHM of 1 nm is formed due to the cross coupling of two polarization components.
