A Pd-catalyzed asymmetric synthesis of Sistereogenic dibenzosiloles is developed through enantioselective C-H bond functionalization of prochiral 2-(arylsily)aryl triflates. High chemo- and enantioselectivities are achieved by employing a Josiphos-type ligand under mild conditions.
