Syrian extensions to the Regulatory Authority Information System RAIS 3.0

This paper describes the extensions which have been made in Syria to the Regulatory Authority Information System RAIS 3.0. These extensions cover a wide range of functionalities in the scope of RAIS 3.0 as well as in its interface. Compatibility with the original RAIS 3.0 has been maintained.
