Hereby we report solid-state flexible aerogel supercapacitors fabricated from cellulose nanofibrils (CNF), Ag and polyaniline (PANI) nanoparticles. The electrochemical performances of PANI/Ag/CNF supercapacitors were characterized by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic chargedischarge curves and electric impedance spectroscopy. The specific capacitance was calculated to be 176 mF/cm(2) at 10 mV s(-1) from cyclic voltammetry. This value is significantly higher than most flexible supercapacitors reported in literature. The electrochemical properties of the as-fabricated supercapacitors also remain the same when they are bent with different bending radius. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
