Large-scale sparse TiO2 nanotube arrays by anodization

Large-scale sparse TiO2 nanotube arrays (Sparse-TNTAs) are fabricated and the sparsity is controlled from no tube to compact'' by manipulating the dissolution etching effect of the electrolyte in the anodization.
