A novel silver/polymer composite with electrical conductivity (2.5 x 10(5) S cm(-1)) higher than that of bulk tungsten was developed through the addition of a small amount of multi-walled carbon nanotubes decorated with glutaric acid functionalized nano-silver particles (1.5 wt%). The nanotubes were used as one-dimensional conductive scaffolds constructing an effective electrical network among micron-sized silver powders.
