Graphene Nano Ribbon (GNR) with width around 100 nm have been assumed as a two-dimensional carbon material which indicates great potential for electrochemical catalysis and biosensing electrode material. Recently development in gas sensors based on graphene application based on its unique properties, such as high conductivity, large surface-to-volume ratio, electron mobility at room temperature, low energy dynamics of electrons with atomic thickness, flexibility have been reported. Various experimental measurements have been applied on GNR, nevertheless analytical study based on the experimental data need to be done. In this paper graphene based CO2 sensor analytically is modeled. We provide new method of gas sensor model based on the gradient of GNR conductance as a function of gas concentration. A field effect transistor (FET) base structure as a modeling platform is suggested. Ultimately proposed model is evaluated by comparison study between model and experimental result.
