The dynamics of the climate and surface hydrology of northern Eurasia under the conditions of global climate changes is studied using coupled models of the atmospheric and oceanic general circulation. Feedbacks are assessed and analyzed for some parameters of the atmosphere and surface hydrology. The role of the biosphere (including the surface air layer, the vegetation layer, soil, and the hydrosphere) in the dynamics of the climate of the 21st century is studied. The features of the dynamics of the northern Atlantic seas during the periods corresponding to different phases of the North Atlantic Oscillation index are studied.
