Electrical properties of perovskite-like compounds in the Bi2O3-Fe2O3-TiO2 system

The electrical properties of layered perovskite-like compounds with the general formula Bi Fem + 1 m - 3Ti3O3m + 3 have been studied in relation to their physicochemical properties and structure.
