Understanding nanodomains in ferroelectric nanoparticles by transmission electron microscopy

Some aspects regarding the domain study in ferroelectric nanoparticles by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) based on the experimental observations of BaTiO3 and PbTiO3 nanodomains have been discussed.
