Efficient Synthesis of α-Aminophosphonates via One-Pot Reactions of Aldehydes, Amines, and Phosphates in Ionic Liquid

Ionic liquids such as 1,3-dialkylimidazolium bromides make excellent solvents for synthesis of alpha-aminophosphonates from aldehydes, amines, and phosphites.
