JOULE and AM have not been submitted for review. It is suggested to submit to Advanced Science instead, as the open access fee is too expensive. The decision is to submit to NE.

The manuscript was submitted on 11/21/20. Review comments were received by the end of the year, with both positive and negative feedback. A 2-week time limit was given for revisions, and the revised manuscript was submitted on 1/12/21. Acceptance was received on 1/17/21. The efficiency of the journal is quite high, but the quality of the articles varies.
