This is my first submission to this magazine. It went through two rounds of revisions in total. The feedback was very constructive and professional, but the process took a bit long, almost 6 months, before it was finally accepted.

Three reviewers provided 49 suggestions for revision. The review comments were very appropriate and significantly improved the quality of the paper. The revision process took one month, and the response to the comments spanned over 30 pages. This was the first time working on this topic, and I am grateful to Gregory Jerkiewicz for editing and to the reviewers.
