Reminder to everyone: Be aware of pitfalls. The editor responsible for calculating the catalytic direction in this magazine is named Núria López, whose academic level is considered acceptable. However, López discriminates against Asians. I was once his postdoctoral student and helped him "handle" many articles at his request. When encountering Asian institutions, this editor intentionally delays the process for over half a month and then sends a generic response without reviewing the submission.

In addition, some comments have mentioned that the editor-in-chief of this magazine, Javier Pérez-Ramírez, is a well-known academic charlatan in the field of catalysis. He often finds us to be involved and listed as co-authors, which most people in the catalysis field are aware of.

I don't know why mine is so slow. One of my junior sisters in the same group received feedback in 28 days, but it took 2 months and 20 days for mine to come back with comments. The major revision took ten days to return. This is the slowest CST case I have ever seen, which made me catch up. The review comments came back before the Spring Festival, and after making minor revisions, I resubmitted it on February 4, 2022, which resulted in an acceptance notification that evening.
