This is my second submission to this journal, and the previous one went smoothly. This time, I initially submitted in November and received revision comments in late December. I uploaded the revised manuscript in early January 2023. On the 20th of this month, it was rejected, but the system showed that the reviewers agreed to accept it (two professors from Taiwan, I confirmed with them via email and they said there was no problem), and the editor agreed to publish it. However, in the final email, it was rejected, and I personally paid to check for plagiarism using iThenticate, which showed no abnormalities. Finally, Hindawi replied that it was out of scope.
