Submitted at the end of September, it went under review on the third day (with a format change on the second day). This is relatively fast, but it is still under review at the moment, with the date changing four times during the process. This journal has a very low publication volume each year, so I hope colleagues can submit more articles. Perhaps this will improve various aspects significantly!
