May I ask how long it takes to receive a reply email with the article number after submitting? I have submitted an article but have not received the manuscript number yet.

Overall, it is a very good comprehensive magazine with consistently positive reputation. Many classic articles have been published in it. It is slightly inferior to "Advances in Mathematics". The submission method is to directly email the relevant editors.
