With Editor for a month and a half, the email was directly returned. Fortunately, ELSEVIER replied to the email: "Upon verification, your paper is currently undergoing the editorial review by the chief editor. Rest assured, you have not been forgotten, and they will take the next steps at the appropriate time. Please note that this stage may sometimes take several weeks as the editor needs to conduct a comprehensive review of the paper to ensure they can begin the reviewing process.
