It's been too slow, almost half a year has passed and there has been no response from the first review. I sent a reminder email in February, but no one responded for over a month. I'm frustrated with this journal, I don't want to submit my work to it anymore.

The reviewers are very careful, and the paper is accepted after minor revisions. As a well-established control journal under ASME, it is highly recognized in the industry. However, it may not have caught up with the AI trend, so the impact factor has decreased significantly. Overall, it is still very good in terms of control applications.
