Request for help with reply to comments. May I ask how to upload a Word document when replying to the review comments of this journal? There is only one box under "Your Response," but I have many images in my comments and they do not show up when I paste them. Could the experts please advise on how to solve this?

Do not invest if time is urgent. I invested on December 10th and it has been 3 months. I followed up in early February but received no response. I registered specifically to share this with everyone. Do not invest if time is urgent!!!
