After submitting the contribution information here, the feedback for revision came back the next day. It required major revisions and no additional data was provided. It took almost two weeks for a response. After two days with the editor, it went under review on the third day. However, the subsequent reply was not forwarded to the reviewer and the editor accepted it directly. Despite taking four and a half months, the outcome turned out to be acceptable.
