Otherwise, the technical review will not pass!!! You will be repeatedly asked to make the declarations. (2) Generally, it is considered acceptable to receive the review comments within 21 days. It's commendable. Innovation: (1) The innovation requirements are much lower compared to EP, ZH, JHM, and even ES&T. As long as the paper has good systematicness and a substantial amount of work, it will generally be sent for review. Based on the current level of doctoral training in domestic 985 and 211 universities, it is not difficult for a Ph.D. student to publish one paper. Influence: (1) The journal's level is between the second and third tier. It is difficult to be considered a top-tier journal, but it should not be criticized if it is included in the national foundation statistics.
