This is my first top undergraduate paper, and the process was actually quite fast.
During the first review, there were four reviewers who provided around 10 comments each. They were all experts in the field and had high expectations for details. Most of the feedback was related to grammar and additional citations.
During the second review, all three reviewers agreed to accept the paper.
Overall, the journal has high quality standards and requires a variety of experiments and rich content.
