When reminded, the manuscripts are immediately rejected. Even as someone who has come from their student days, they don't know how to save other people's time. This kind of person is simply heartless. If you're busy, you can choose not to be an editor. Yet, they want to occupy social resources and promote themselves without doing a good job. I admit that the article is bad, but you can at least take a look or even not read it and just send it back!
