The editor chose rejection. After more than 50 days of modifications and supplementation, an appeal was made and resubmitted. After a month, it was rejected without being sent for review. In total, it took nearly 5 months. Joule is very strict, as once a rejection is given, the editor does not provide an opportunity for revisions. It is too difficult (the author does not have any prominent experts).
