If your new system and old system email accounts are the same, you can see the submission information by selecting "Author" in the top left corner of the homepage. Some reviewers may attach PDF files, but it seems that there is a bug in the new system and the attachments cannot be downloaded. You can only check them in the old system. However, since I am the corresponding author, I don't know if non-corresponding authors can also see them.

A total of three reviewers provided feedback on the manuscript. The first reviewer gave six comments, the second reviewer gave nine, and the third reviewer gave three. The second reviewer requested the addition of two experiments to demonstrate generalization and asked for further explanation of certain parts of the article. The other two reviewers mainly asked questions and made modifications regarding the content and format of the article. The article was prepared using the IEEE JBHI Latex template. I recommend using the online version of TexPage for Latex editing, which I found to be convenient. I had previously installed Latex on my local machine and used VSCode for editing, but now I find the online version to be more convenient. For submission, the new system can be used, but after submission, it is recommended to check the status using the old system.
