2022.11.29 Status was still "with editor," so I sent an email reminder. However, it was directly rejected.

Overall, the journal is okay, and it's worth submitting to. During the first submission, I waited for two months with the status "with editor," so I sent a reminder email. The editor (Terence Sim) quickly responded, and the process was smooth afterwards. During the second submission, I waited for 20 days, sent a reminder, but it was directly rejected. However, the paper indeed had issues.

Slow, submitted on September 3, 2020, accepted on October 25, 2021, and the first review result was only given in June of this year. It was revised three times before finally being accepted in the R3 review. If it's just for graduation, it's fine, but if there's no rush and you don't think the paper's quality is that high, you can just leave it be. The innovation doesn't seem to be that strong. My paper's fundamental innovation isn't that strong, I originally submitted it to CCF-C.
