The SI I applied for this year, just like the one downstairs, is late in sending out the Final Decision Notification by over a month. It is still awaiting recommendation. I suspect that the schedule for this SI is not accurate, resulting in the issue dates being later than expected. For example, the January-February issue will only be released in March. Waiting for the results. Hoping for a positive outcome.

Last year, I submitted a Special Issue for IEEE Network. The final decision deadline was set for April 1st this year. It has been almost two months since the initial review, and the status is still "awaiting decision." This delay has exceeded the time limit specified for the Special Issue. Does this mean that it will definitely be rejected?
