Notification on the third day of submission that the review will not be conducted, with fast processing speed without delaying subsequent submissions. The editor recommends transferring to the sister publication Advanced Photonics Nexus, probably for the source of new publications. Currently, Advanced Photonics only invites renowned experts to control the volume of articles for maintaining impact factor, giving a feeling of excluding non-insiders.

Submitted at the end of November 2022, received two acceptances and one major revision after the first round of review. The second round of review took a month, and I'm not sure if they found another reviewer. After receiving the feedback, it took one week for the decision to become "Manuscript decision," but the editor-in-chief has not replied yet. It's agonizing.
