The last article I submitted in the first half of this year was to this journal. Judging by the current pace, it has already been revised and might become the first one to be accepted.
PS: TSP, SP, and SPL have all slowed down this year. The editor held onto it for a long time. SP took a solid 8 weeks to review and it took another 2 weeks after I urged them to finally send it for review.
