Undergraduate student as the first author and corresponding author. The theme is resource curse. The review process was slow, with the first review taking five months to return. After major revisions were made, it was accepted for publication two months later.

There were two reviewers, one providing major revisions and the other providing minor revisions. The major revisions included around ten points, which were not particularly difficult to address. The minor revisions were insignificant and required almost no changes.

I submitted a manuscript on the topic of ability and low carbon. It took about six months from submission to acceptance. The journal receives around 300 papers per year, so it was actually quite challenging. The influence of the journal is increasing.
