The formatting requirements are very strict. In addition, the submission system is very slow and rough. I have been waiting for six months without any progress, always "awaiting assignment". I sent an email asking about the situation and they said there was a formatting issue and no editor was assigned. The system sent me an email, but I did not receive it.
