There were three reviewers, one accepted, one requested major revisions, and one rejected due to lack of originality and difficulty for a junior colleague to understand.
The editor rejected it directly after reading, and then I appealed. The appeal was rejected on the same day.
This journal has a low acceptance rate, and you need a big name to improve its influence. The small research group wasted time here.
