Update
Previously, it was mentioned that the status changed from "decision in process" to "under review." After receiving the reviewer's comments on May 3, the reasons can finally be determined. Due to the potential controversy of the research findings, the associate editor who reviewed it initially provided a very strict evaluation result (at least on the verge of rejection). Then, the editor-in-chief took over and found the content to be meaningful and requested an external review. This reviewer found the research content interesting and provided positive feedback, suggesting publication (considered minor revisions). Finally, the editor-in-chief considered the opinions of the associate editor and the reviewer and still recommended minor revisions. Currently, it has entered the second round of under review, but it is uncertain whether it will pass the associate editor's evaluation or if there is a possibility of rejection. Hopefully, everything goes smoothly, and there will be further updates. Feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions.

Emailed the editorial department on 11.23, the tone was polite.
With the editor on 11.24, they replied this afternoon saying that the article has been assigned to an editor and is awaiting external review. They informed me that they are currently searching for suitable reviewers and once a reviewer accepts the review, the editor will make a decision immediately. They hope that I can be patient and wait.
