Let me introduce this journal to everyone, based solely on my own submission experience. Firstly, the initial review process usually allows the reviewers one month's time. The majority of reviewers for this journal are quite prompt, but it may take longer when it comes to the Associate Editor (AE) and the Associate Editor in Chief (AEIC). Sometimes, the combined time with AE and AEIC can exceed 15 days, meaning it might spend a week with the AE and another week with the AEIC. Generally speaking, if everything goes smoothly, it takes around 3-4 months to be accepted for publication. However, the publishing process is extremely slow, very slow, and extremely slow. After acceptance, it usually takes about a year for the paper to be published online. It is estimated that it will take another 1-2 years to be officially published and available. Unfortunately, in order to improve the impact factor, the journal can only publish a limited number of articles per issue. Overall, the review speed of this journal is faster than MPCE, but the publication speed is slower than MPCE.

The first round of review took one and a half months, with major revisions. There were a total of three reviewers, two of whom provided mostly positive feedback, while the other provided 7 suggestions, some of which were difficult to address. After 20 days of modifications, the revised manuscript was resubmitted. The second round of review took two months and resulted in acceptance. The entire process from submission to publication took 4 months.
