Sadly, no abstract provided by the journal online.

论文

评论了 ACO Awareness and Perceptions Among Specialists Versus Primary Care Physicians: a Survey of a Large Medicare Shared Savings Program
Unfortunately, the journal did not publish an abstract, so it is hard to know whether it would be worth trying to access the full text.

评论了 Rural‐urban differences in uptake of diabetes self‐management education among Medicare beneficiaries: Results from the 2016 to 2018 Medicare Current Beneficiary Survey
The authors conclude that "The study findings highlight challenges to maximize the benefits of participating in diabetes self-management education, particularly in rural areas." Unfortunately, the abstract does not draw any further conclusions, such as whether access is the primary issue, or whether the content of diabetes self-management programs is perceived as helpful.

评论了 Preventable Health Behaviors, COVID-19 Severity Perceptions, and Vaccine Uptake in Traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage: a Survey-Based Study
The phrase "preventable health behaviors" is an odd choice; strictly speaking, these are behaviors that affect . . . health than can be prevented? Doesn't make sense. That word choice aside, a limitation of the data that is not mentioned is that the survey questions is actually, "Have you done any of the following since (month/year) in response to the outbreak of the new coronavirus?" This prompt is problematic in that it asks respondents whether they have, for example, washed their hands with soap and water or coughed into a tissue of sleep during the reference period "in response to" CoVID-19. Respondents may interpret that in a number of different ways that do not have any bearing on their actual practice. For example, if the person has always done these two behaviors, and did not change them in response to the pandemic, should they answer yes or no?

评论了 The Effect of Cognition on the Aided Benefit in Terms of Speech Understanding and Listening Effort Obtained With Digital Hearing Aids: A Systematic Review
It is good to see investigators actually use the PRISMA guidelines, AND mention that fact in the abstract.

论文

评论了 Social representation of hearing aids among people with hearing loss: an exploratory study
The authors state that "The findings will help to further inform public health campaigns . . ." about hearing aids, but I am unaware of any public health campaigns regarding hearing aids in the US, where use of hearing aids is entirely a matter of personal choice and access.

论文

评论了 Do Hearing Aids Help Prevent Cognitive Decline?
So frustrating when journals don't include abstracts. How does one know if they want to go to the trouble of tracking down the full text? Or even paying for it?

论文

评论了 The Effects of Nordic Walking With Poles With an Integrated Resistance Shock Absorber on Cognitive Abilities and Cardiopulmonary Efficiency in Postmenopausal Women
Although a small sample, this study's design is clear and focused, and the write-up is excellent.

评论了 Psychotherapy. Sublimation and the Psychodynamics of Birding
I have to wonder what on earth "extreme birding" means.

评论了 Birding, Citizen Science, and Wildlife Conservation in Sociological Perspective
I do wish that this abstract gave more detail about the author's methods other than "explore." A fascinating topic.
